If we cancel a departure, you may travel on the next available trip at no extra cost or request a full refund of the fare paid.
If you cancel
Open the booking under My tickets and request a cancellation, or call +960 7600111. Our team will confirm the amount before processing. Our team reviews every request before any money moves.
Date changes
You can request a move to another departure from My tickets. If the new trip costs more, the fare difference is payable; if it costs less, the original fare is kept.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the account the payment came from. Bank transfers usually settle within a few working days once approved.
No-shows
Tickets for a departure you did not travel on and did not cancel in advance are not refundable.
