What we collect
- Your mobile number, used to identify your bookings and to send you a verification code.
- Passenger names for each seat, as required for the passenger manifest.
- The payment slip you upload, used solely to verify your transfer.
- Basic technical data such as your device type, used to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To create, verify and issue your booking.
- To contact you about the trip you booked, including schedule changes.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a passenger transport operator.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your details to anyone.
- We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to [email protected]. Some booking records are kept where we are required to retain them.
